RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our promise — We make everything in small batches and want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, contact us — we'll always start with a conversation.

Returns — You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and safety reasons, opened teas, powders, salves, and other consumables cannot be returned — but if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to start a return — Message us through the store's Contact page with your order number, and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds — Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Gift cards — Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
