SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship — We currently ship within the United States. 

Processing time — Orders are processed in 1–3 business days from our Keezletown, Virginia studio. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves.

Delivery time — After processing, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from Virginia. Delivery times are estimates; carriers occasionally run slower during holidays and severe weather.

Shipping costs — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. 

Local pickup — Available in Keezletown, VA, usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Problems with delivery — If tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, or your order seems lost, contact us through the store's Contact page and we'll make it right.
